1. Introduction

Welcome to Hyper, a product of Pull House LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Figma plugin and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

Hyper is a Figma plugin that enables users to export Figma designs to PDF and PowerPoint (PPTX) formats, as well as import these document types into Figma as editable frames. All processing happens locally in your browser - your designs never leave your device.

3. Plans and Payments

Hyper offers a free plan and a paid plan, Hyper Pro. The free plan includes a monthly allowance of exports and imports in every format. Hyper Pro removes that limit and is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime license. Current prices are listed at gethyper.co/pricing.

Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as our merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms.

Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds: if Hyper Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
License: a Hyper Pro license is personal and may be activated on up to three devices at a time. It may not be shared, resold or published.
Price changes: we may change prices for new purchases. If a subscription price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Use automated means to abuse or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Hyper and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your designs remain your property - we claim no ownership over content you create or process using our Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
