This Privacy Policy explains how Hyper, a product of Pull House LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Figma plugin and website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Email address (optional): If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you product updates and tips. This is entirely optional.
Purchase details: If you buy Hyper Pro, Polar (our merchant of record) collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We receive your email address, what you bought and your license status — never your card details.
License checks: When you activate or use Hyper Pro, the plugin sends your license key, your Figma user ID and a device label that includes your Figma display name to Polar to confirm the license is valid.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

Your designs never leave your browser. All document processing (export/import) happens locally on your device. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your Figma designs, exported files, or any content you create. The free plan requires no account, login, or payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

If you provide your email for the newsletter, we use it only to:

Send occasional updates and tips about the Service
Respond to support requests you send us

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Polar: Polar processes Hyper Pro payments, issues and validates license keys, and runs the customer portal. See Polar Privacy Policy.
Firebase: We use Firebase to store newsletter subscriber emails and, for up to two days, a reference that lets the plugin pick up a license key after checkout. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your newsletter email only for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your email at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days. Purchase records are kept by Polar for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
