1. Introduction

Welcome to Hyper, a product of Pull House LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Figma plugin and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

Hyper is a Figma plugin that enables users to export Figma designs to PDF and PowerPoint (PPTX) formats, as well as import these document types into Figma as editable frames. All processing happens locally in your browser - your designs never leave your device.

3. Account and Subscription

When you purchase a Pro subscription, it is linked to your Figma account. Your subscription works on any device where you are signed into Figma.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: Includes 10 total exports/imports. No payment required.

Pro Monthly ($8/month USD): Billed monthly. Automatically renews each month until canceled.

Pro Yearly ($59/year USD): Billed annually. Automatically renews each year until canceled.

Pro Lifetime ($149 USD): One-time payment. Lifetime access with no recurring charges.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly and yearly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then. To cancel, contact us at hyper@pull.house.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy for all purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your subscription access to others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use automated means to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

Hyper and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your designs remain your property - we claim no ownership over content you create or process using our Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
