Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)

  • Request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal
  • Full refund of the current billing period
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately
  • License access will be revoked upon refund

Lifetime License

  • Request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Full refund of the $99 purchase price
  • License access will be revoked upon refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Email us at support@gethyper.co with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address used for purchase
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After 14 Days

While we don't offer automatic refunds after 14 days, we understand that exceptional circumstances happen. If you have a special situation, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Canceling Without Refund
